This course is intended for those people who wishes to obtain knowledges in the field of grant project development and implementation. During the course, participants will learn how to design grant projects step by step.
Specifically, they will learn how to create winning projects, secure funding, and manage them effectively. This includes defining the objectives, problems, and outcomes of a grant project; developing an action plan; allocating resources; assessing costs; identifying potential risks; proposing mitigation strategies; and creating a continuous monitoring and control plan for the project.

• Presentation of the developed project and consulting

Knowledge of English (intermediate level – B1 or higher)

Instructor Karine Harutyunyan: Karine Harutyunyan has approximately 30 years of management experience in the education field. She is an experienced specialist in strategic planning and project management, having developed and implemented numerous projects with financial support from governments and international organizations, including the World Bank, UN, and Asian Development Bank.
Karine holds a Ph.D. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences and has completed the Policy Analysis and Planning course at Harvard University. She has also pursued doctoral studies in Education Management at the University of Sussex (UK). As an international consultant, she works in various countries, teaches, and engages in scientific research.
